Pork Tenderloin Roast $2.69 lb.

8 oz. Linguine
3 c. broccoli florets
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, slice
3 carrots
1/4 c Asian sesame dressing
1/4 c. teriyake sauce
Cook past according to package directions.
Add broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain.
Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic; cook and stir for 1 minute.
Add beef; cook and stir until browned.
Add remaining ingredients; cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add past and broccoli; mix well.
Fresh Herbed Penne with Chicken & Tomatoe
16 oz. Penne or Rotini
4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
1/3 c. fresh basil leaves (or dry is fine also)
1 (10-12 oz.) package of cooked chicken breast strips
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Salt and cracked pepper to taste
Cook past according to package directions. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and basil; cook 2 minutes. Add chicken; simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with past and Mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and cracked pepper.
Serve with Garlic Bread
Garlic Braised Beef with Potatoes and Broccoli (this roast has a fantastic flavor)
8 small red potatoes (1 1/2 pounds)
8 cloves of garlic
3 lb. round roast
1 envelope garlic and herb dry soup mix
1 can condensed beefy mushroom soup (Campbell's)
2 c. Broccoli
Place potatoes and garlic in slow cooker. Place beef on potatoes. Sprinkle with dry soup mix over beef; pour soup over all.
Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours
Remove beef from cooker, slice and place on platter with potatoes; meanwhile, steam broccoli.
Teriyake Pork Tenderloin ( I have not tried this yet, but I will this week, has great reviews
5 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins
Directions
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Place the tenderloins in an 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 25-35 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with pan drippings.
Nacho's
1 pound ground beef
1 onion; finely diced
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced
Top with tomatoe, lettuce, black olive and sour cream
Directions
In a large frying pan, brown ground beef with onion, salt and pepper over medium heat. Break the meat into very small pieces while it is cooking. After the meat is thoroughly cooked, drain off the grease.
Arrange chips on a microwavable platter. Spread beans over the chips. Layer with 1/2 of the cheese, the ground beef mixture, and remaining cheese. Arrange jalapeno peppers on top.
Microwave on medium-high until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
Taco Salad
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1/2 (14.5 ounce) package nacho-flavor tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup ranch-style salad dressing
chopped tomato
chopped lettuce
chopped green onion
Directions
Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble until well done; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Set aside to cool.
Place chips into a large bowl, and crush into bite-size pieces. Combine with seasoned meat, cheese, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, and green onions. Pour dressing over all, and toss to coat.
