Cheddar Cheese and Broccoli Soup
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
2 cups water
6 cups Green Giant® SELECT® frozen broccoli florets ( I am using fresh)
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1. In 4-quart saucepan, mix soup and water. Heat over high heat, stirring constantly, until boiling and smooth.
2. Add broccoli. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender.
3. Stir in milk, mustard, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Cook uncovered 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Stir in cheese until melted.
Chicken Tortilla Soup
1 carton (32 oz) chicken broth
1 cup Old El Paso® Thick ‘n Chunky salsa
2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 medium avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Lime wedges, if desired
1. In 3-quart saucepan, heat broth, salsa and chicken to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, divide crushed chips among 6 serving bowls. Spoon hot soup over chips, then top with avocado, cheese and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese
I got this recipe from allrecipes.com and it is very yummy
Ingredients
2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons butter
3 1/2 cups cubed Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package macaroni
Directions
Combine in slow cooker: evaporated milk, paprika, salt, egg, butter and cheese; stir. Cook on high for 1 hour.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Stir cooked macaroni into cheese sauce, reduce temperature to low and cook for 3 to 5 hours.
Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken
1 1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
1 lb. chicken skinless bonelss chicken breast, cut into strips
1 1/4 c chicken broth
4 tsp. flour
4 oz. cream cheese
3 TBsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cook Pasta as directed on package
Heat Large non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on med-high heat.
Add chicken; cook 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through; remove from skillet
Mix broth and flour in same skillet
Stir in cream cheese, 2 TBsp. parmesan cheese, garlic powder and pepper, cook 2 minutes, stirring until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in chicken
Drain pasta, place in large bowl. Pour chicken mixture over pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
