Mexican Casserole
9 Tortillas
Shredded chicken(1-2lbs)
Shredded cheese (mexican mix)
1 can ranch or chili beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg of taco seasoning
Cut tortillas in strips and use about 1/2 on bottom on 13x9 pan. Add meat and sprinkle with seasoning, spread can of beans on top, sprinkle with cheese, then rest of tortillas. Mix soup and tomatoes and pour over casserole. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
