This dessert seems appropriate right now.
Blueberries in the Snow
Mix together
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 container cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix together until smooth
Cut up angel food cake into cubes
You can make this ahead or buy the already made in store. I happen to have some left over, so this worked out perfect for me.
Then layer,
Angel Food Cake
Cream Cheese Mix
Blueberry Pie filling (1 can)
I usually make 2 layers, but you can do as many or little as you like. You could even place them in parfait glasses.
It even looks pretty when you get finished.
